Ingredients

  1. Wheat flour-1/4kg
  2. Maida -1/4 kg
  3. Cumin seeds powder -1 tables spoon
  4. Garam masala – 1tables spoon
  5. Ginger paste -1 tables spoon
  6. Curry and coriander leaves
  7. Onions -2 cauliflower -1 big
  8. Salt to taste
  9. Red chili powder -2 tables spoon
  10. Oil-4 tables spoon

Method:

Mix the dough as in the previous recipe cauliflower must be cut into big flowerets soaked in hot water for 5minutes later drain and chop onions must be chopped

In pan take little oil and add the ginger paste salt turmeric gram masala  red chili powder and fry for a while allowing the mixture to cool and prepare small balls out of it use it as stuff in the parrots and prepares on the pan or tawa whit oil or ghee on the serve hot with any kind chutneys

If it is tough for you to chop cauliflower better you grate it down using a grater
